Online Therapy · Virginia
Evidence-based Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, alongside therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, and couples, anywhere in Virginia.
Specialist Care
OCD is treatable, but only with the right treatment. ERP is that treatment, and it is the center of my practice: roughly 60% of my clients come to me for OCD and related disorders, many after years of therapy that never named the problem.
Obsessive doubt about your relationship, your attraction, or your identity, checked and re-checked endlessly. ERP quiets the interrogation so real feelings can breathe.
OCD and trauma often travel together, and Virginia is home to one of the largest military communities in the country. I offer dedicated, culturally aware care for service members, veterans, and their families.
When intrusive thoughts sit on top of old wounds, we sequence treatment deliberately: EMDR for the trauma, ERP for the rituals, in the order that serves you best.
Licensed in Virginia. I hold an active Virginia LMFT license (Virginia Board of Counseling, license #0717002286), so we can work together no matter where in the state you live. You simply need to be physically located in Virginia at the time of each session.
Flexible hours for Eastern Time. Virginia clients book in Eastern Time, and my calendar includes morning, evening, and weekend options that work on the East Coast. Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available.
Secure video, real connection. Sessions run through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Research consistently shows that ERP delivered by video works as well as in-person treatment, and many clients find exposures more powerful at home, where OCD actually lives.
I see clients throughout the Commonwealth, from Northern Virginia and the D.C. suburbs to Richmond, Charlottesville, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach.
My Virginia practice is not limited to OCD. I also work with anxiety and panic, depression, trauma and PTSD (as a certified EMDR therapist), couples and relationship issues (Gottman Level II), sex therapy, and more.

Yes, this is a dedicated focus of my practice. I work with active-duty service members, veterans, and military spouses, and I understand the operational tempo, relocations, and stigma concerns that shape care for military families.
