I hold a Doctorate in Marital and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University and bring over 11 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move from surviving to thriving. I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology with focuses in hypnotherapy and behavioral & substance addiction.
My approach is integrative and culturally responsive. Whether you're a young professional battling burnout, part of a neurodiverse couple, a veteran, or someone carrying childhood trauma, you'll find a safe, non-judgmental space here, and a therapist who walks her walk.
